Join us at the 2026 fka Children’s Services Annual General Meeting as we discuss and vote on priorities, learnings and next steps.
fka Children’s Services Inc. (fkaCS) invites members to join us for our 2026 Annual General Meeting, an opportunity to come together, reflect on our shared journey and shape the future direction of the organisation.
This event is hybrid. Join us in person at 18 Harper Street, Abbotsford, or participate online via Microsoft Teams. A Teams link will be provided to registered attendees prior to the event.
About the AGM

The AGM is your opportunity as a member to hear directly about the operations and financial performance of fkaCS, and to have your say on important matters including:
Supper and refreshments will be provided by PAWA catering for those attending in person. Please advise us of any dietary requirements at the time of registration.
Unable to attend in person?
You have two options:
Join online — Register and select the online attendance option. A Microsoft Teams link will be sent to you ahead of the event so you can join and participate on the day.
Vote by proxy — If you are unable to attend in person or online, you may appoint a proxy to vote on your behalf. Your proxy must be a fellow member of fkaCS, or you may nominate the President, Secretary or another Board Member. Download the proxy form, complete it and return it to fkacs@fka.org.au by COB Monday 23 June 2026. [PROXY FORM LINK TO BE ADDED]
Interested in joining the fkaCS Board?
In accordance with the fkaCS Incorporated Rules, approximately one-third of Board positions are declared vacant each year. We are calling for nominations to fill vacancies on the 2026 Board of Directors.
